The RCGP’s GP at Scale National Conference took place on 6 December in London. Collating the work and themes of the GP at Scale programme so far, the event gave delegates the opportunity to discuss the challenges they face working at scale and with different models of care.
Collaborate Connect-style breakout sessions in the afternoon used generative listening to help participants identify areas where they may need more support. It was encouraging to see such a wide variety of clinical and non-clinical leaders come together to immerse themselves in a new technique.
Generative listening is a powerful tool for connecting people, building trust in a short space of time. In doing so, it allowed participants to share practical learnings that could be taken back to their own at scale organisations. The feedback so far has been very positive – a promising start to Collaborate’s partnership with the RCGP.
